This 10 µL 1700 series syringe comes with the Neuros Adapter already installed. The syringe has a 33 gauge needle with a blunt point and an adjustable exposure length from 0-20 mm. The syringe also comes with two adjustable needle sleeves, one with a blind stop and one without. The sleeve with a stop is designed for applications where it is desirable to limit the penetration depth of the needle, as is the case with a cannulated animal. The sleeve without a stop supports the needle but does not obstruct the view of the injection target which is ideal for microsurgeries using a stereotaxic holder.
